INGREDIENTS
300g Beef Strips
300g Egg noodles (cooked weight)
20g Sesame oil + 20g Olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Stirfry vegetables of choice – we use mixed peppers, carrot and zucchini julienne
10g Salt
100g Teriyaki sauce
100g Honey & Soya Sauce
Fresh coriander for garnish, chopped Mixed toasted sesame seeds for garnish
METHOD:
Brown meat in sesame oil for 3-4 minutes, set aside.
Sautee vegetables in a separate pan in olive oil and season with salt. Add crushed garlic and sauté for a few extra minutes.
Add cooked egg noodles to veggies, add browned meat.
On very low heat, add sauces and stir through.
Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds and serve.
