Chef Alet’s Asian Beef Stir-fry

Asian Beef stir-fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g Beef Strips
  • 300g Egg noodles (cooked weight)
  • 20g Sesame oil + 20g Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • Stirfry vegetables of choice – we use mixed peppers, carrot and zucchini julienne
  • 10g Salt
  • 100g Teriyaki sauce
  • 100g Honey & Soya Sauce

    Fresh coriander for garnish, chopped
    Mixed toasted sesame seeds for garnish

METHOD:

  1. Brown meat in sesame oil for 3-4 minutes, set aside.
  2. Sautee vegetables in a separate pan in olive oil and season with salt. Add crushed garlic and sauté for a few extra minutes.
  3. Add cooked egg noodles to veggies, add browned meat.
  4. On very low heat, add sauces and stir through.
  5. Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds and serve.
